Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item in its original condition and packaging.
Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, send photos to info@lumtli.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve this immediately at no cost to you.
